If you make the decision to buy a new bike (or even use your current bike!) definitely don’t forget to also buy a bicycle lock! Even a quick trip to the store can get your bike stolen. Leaving your bike unlocked for even a couple of minutes can result in a stolen bike! One of my favorite type of locks for quick trips around town is a simple combination bicycle lock since I don’t need worry about keys! For beach days, not having a key with me is a huge plus!
